Jon Moore
Jon co-founded Carolina Aerial Applications Group with a vision to bring precision aerial technology to growers across the Carolinas. A licensed FAA Part 107 pilot with deep roots in Carolina agriculture, Jon leads flight operations and business development, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of service from first contact to final application report.
Mike Puckett
Mike brings a rare combination of agricultural knowledge and operational discipline to CAAG. As Co-Founder and Operations Manager, he oversees scheduling, logistics, and client coordination — making sure every job runs on time, on budget, and to spec. His hands-on approach and commitment to grower success are the backbone of the company's day-to-day operations.
Josh Wilson
With over 15,000 hours of flight time across fixed-wing, rotary, and unmanned platforms, Josh is one of the most experienced aerial applicators in the Southeast. His unmatched situational awareness and precision in the cockpit make him the go-to pilot for complex, high-acreage, and time-sensitive applications across North and South Carolina.
Jeff Puckett
Jeff is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot with a strong background in precision agriculture. Detail-oriented and methodical, he excels at executing application plans with accuracy across a wide range of crops — from row crops and pastures to specialty applications like blueberries and orchards. Jeff's calm demeanor and technical skill make him a trusted member of every flight crew.
Bradley Dick
Bradley combines elite drone piloting skills with a professional eye for aerial cinematography and media production. As Senior Media Manager, he captures stunning field documentation, promotional content, and application footage that tells the CAAG story. His dual expertise in flight operations and visual storytelling brings a unique dimension to the team and to every client engagement.
